"If I should die this very moment I wouldn't fear For I've never known completeness Like being here. Wrapped in the warmth of you Loving every breath of you, Still my heart this moment Or it might burst.
Could we stay right here Till the end of time Till the Earth stops turning?"
This shot was taken on the same morning as [link] one of those rare moments in life when the world reveals itself to be even more breath-takingly beautiful than I'd ever previously imagined.
This is a morning I know I will carry with me forever, and I'm blessed that I shared it with the most special person I've ever met in my life.
So, like First Light, this shot is dedicated to Teresa, who showed me Brasil, her home. Who persuaded me to get up in the morning to witness this sunrise, whose support and encouragment is never-failing.
There are moments, and there are people...and these are the things we live for.

I usually like to give full technical details of my submissions, but on this shot I'm going to make an exception, as the meaning of this piece for me has nothing to do with technique or the camera used. I will say though that I took my old Sony 828 to Brazil with me, and was disappointed that most of the photos shot with it had too much noise to be really happy with. Recently though I've found time to clean them up with Neat Image, and got them looking more presentable.
